Shipping policy
Order processing (pre-shipment):
- Please allow between 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed prior to shipment.
- Order processing times can be extended if necessary due to high order volumes.
Order and shipping confirmations:
- You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number as soon as Dolce Lash Co has shipped your order. If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam mail.
Shipping process:
- Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Orders are mailed out weekly, Mon-Sat before 5pm PST.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by the shipping courier. Make sure to refer to your tracking number frequently for all delivery updates.
- Please note that Dolce Lash Co is not responsible for shipping delays.
- When you receive notice that your package has been delivered please check your mailbox, parcel lockers, and front porch/door step. If you did not receive your package, please contact USPS immediately. They can track where your package was last scanned with their GEO locating systems.
*After you have contacted them and feel that you are still in need of assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help track down your package.
International orders:
- Packages may be subject to additional fees, duties, and import taxes based on your country's tax laws/regulations. Dolce Lash Co is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be required for package release/delivery.
Accurate order information:
- It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information during checkout.
- Dolce Lash Co is not responsible for updating an incorrect address, changing incorrect contact information or changing an order once placed. Please review that all of your information is correct before submitting your order. **We would be happy to make any corrections on your behalf, as long as we are notified, within a timely manner, before order fulfillment.
- Refunds will not be offered for orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, etc. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to resend their package, should it be returned to us for any reason.
Damaged products in transit:
- Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, Dolce Lash Co is not responsible for any products that are cracked/damaged during shipping and handling.
- Once your package is in the hands of a shipping courier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping courier.
*If your product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will file a damage claim on your behalf.
Package delivery:
- Once your package is marked as delivered Dolce Lash Co is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Dolce Lash Co is also not responsible for any package that is lost in transit.
*If you did not receive your package, please contact us and we will file a missing package claim on your behalf.
